They appear to those who need guidance and show them visions related to the sea and the stars, they seems cryptid and cold and sometimes lost in their thougths.

Some report that they heard them singing in some unknown language and look like a phantom. Some speculate that a spirit took over Lullaby's original body but no one really remind or know Lullaby original identity.

 ____“I remember you!” She chirruped, approaching rapidly, bowing down briefly to show she meant no harm. “Did you call me here?” I shook my head, sitting down and motioning for her to do the same. “No.. I did not.” She screwed up her face at the sound of my voice- Not an uncommon reaction to the ‘song’, but.. Well, it doesn’t feel great. “I am the Wave Speaker.” “Wave Speaker?” The Skydancer parroted. “Yes. Look to the ocean before you, child.” She shot a quick glance to the ocean, then quickly turned to face me again. “..Water? What abou-” “Keep looking.” Standing up, I approached the shoreline, beginning to hum a song long-forgotten, before quietly singing, the waves beginning to dance and form figures, slowly recognizable as dragons- One of which clearly being the Skydancer anxiously shifting side to side in her place. “What is this?” She’d presumably thought it was just water magic, until the dragons began enacting key moments in her recent life- Writing the letter, leaving home.. “Who are you? WHAT are you?” “Be still, young one.” The waves relaxed as I was distracted- I shook my head to myself, and motioned for the Skydancer to approach. “Did you call me here?” She was uncomfortable.
