"Under-cloud."

A young Undertide that, for some reason, was born on land. As vulnerable as a grounded Undertide would be, she had no choice but to go higher.

With her elemental powers, she became more of a skilled flyer than a swimmer compared to her abyssal kin. However, even with this gift, she is unable to stay in the skies for too long, as her body was not designed to live in the clouds, but in water. Therefore, she was granted a blessing (which can be seen from the runes on her body) that allowed her to fully adapt to the life in the atmosphere.
