You notice that the pure light coming out from the Skydancer's eyes fades slightly.

"Back when I still lived in the Sunbeam Ruins, I was called to aid a researcher. He was conducting an expedition in the Hewn City, but some strange... illness got hold of his mind. He was out of himself, rambling some nonesense. It wasn't the first time I came upon similar cases from teams studying those ruins and I have some experience treating those suffering from that mysterious magic. But this time was different... No matter what I did, he only seemed to get worse. I tried for 3 days, barely having time to rest... In the end, he didn't make it. It was the first time I couldn't save a life."

The light comes to Lyra's eyes once again, stronger than before. She speaks, her voice more confident now:

"One day, I'll find out what's causing the haunts in that cursed city. And hopefully, I'll be able to dispell it!"
