A LOVELY DRAGON greets you warmly as you approach the town. "Welcome to Blustershire," she says, and you mean to ask how she knew you were coming, but the thought slips your mind. You nod and greet her in turn, and she gives you a smile. It doesn't quite reach her eyes, though, and you have the slight feeling you're being appraised as she nods and makes small talk with you, pointing out the different places you might wish to go and offering assistance. As you continue off down one of the paths, what you have to assume is her familiar squints its large, disconcerting eye at you as its gaze follows you away.

She was not the first child of Teralise, but she had the beauty and charm that made her irresistible when showed off to Pearl. The wind coatl, who had rescued her mother and shown her the love that the world could have, saw the baby girl and fell in love with her instantly. Teralise, knowing that Pearl would take good care of her daughter, was happy to send her to a home filled with love, excitement, and many new faces to meet.
What the two didn't realize was that she took after her father, as well. Tyrson, she Jade Haven's lawyer, was always learning the inner secrets, quarrels, and goings-on within the clan, and this girl was no different--only she didn't do it to help pass judgement on people as part of her career. She did it because she was a careful and cautious girl who wanted leverage if she ever needed it. She had the good heart of her parents, but she had heard tales of dragons exalted to deities by untruthful clan leaders spewing other promises, and as kind and loving as she was, she wanted to be able to bring down the banhammer if she absolutely needed to.
