This dragon right here will be based on my OC which I share the name of my account with, Letono Alokei
a better scry and a better outfit, but until I obtain it the current dragon is the stand-in
wonder if I should breed change them into a Nocturne to add to the whole "shapeshifter" thing

Letono Alokei (also goes by Elton); a shapeshifter
Letono is far from my main OC, that would be Nyall; the reason why I named my FR account after Tono is because I just had the feeling Solaris was already a taken name (and naming my account NyallSolaris looks weird)
lmao really glad I finally got my wish of "Bewitching Bangles with green mist" so Alokei can live up to the person they were named after
have to adapt Letono's backstory to FR Lore
Rubann and Leunapi had a child while away on an expedition/business trip to the Scarred Wasteland, but forgot about the egg when they had to return home due to an urgent emergency. The egg was eventually found and raised by a Guardian named Alanqai (pronounced aLANkai), who later died due to an attack by the Beastclans. The abandoned hatchling, now taking the name Alokei in honor of the dragon that raised them, hopped from clan to clan trying to find a permanent place to live, and maybe find the parents who abandoned them so long ago.
As for how Alokei grew to be a shapeshifting dragon despite both of their parents being regular dragons, the reason is said to be because Alokei's egg matured with little presence from its birth parents. Thus, it was not able to hold a solid form.
Their companion, a Clattercog Engineer, was a toy given to them by Alanqai back when they were just a hatchling. Alokei thought it was just a simple steel figurine, but after Fuedredus got ahold of it and repaired it, it's now moving about and doing what it was built to do.
Alokei and Runi are close friends, probably because both of them share a love for causing chaos.
They're also often seen in the company of Akiio, though it seems that Akiio hangs out with them to ensure that Alokei doesn't do anything extremely stupid.
Some say Alokei is a shapeshifter who constantly keeps the form of a Guardian to honor their caretaker. This hasn't been proven at all... yet.
They also have a part-time job at Leunapi's tavern, completely unaware that Leunapi is their biological mother.

Empathizing with others, understanding their heartache and their happiness; a grin steals over your face as you move random items to confuse your clanmates; star-studded night flights where you can finally feel, for a while, exactly like yourself; holding still in the shadows, barely breathing, as someone walks past- you never do get caught; giving long, warm hugs next to the bonfire while secretly swapping apparel- they'll find missing accessories replaced with someone else's when they get home; stoic denial that you're the strange creature that keeps getting spotted sneaking around the camp; whenever someone turns their back, you have the urge to steal something and present it as a gift when they finally notice it missing; imposter syndrome, feeling like you never quite belong, even when everyone assures you they love you
