Biography

Ember was born with a crippled wing that left her unable to fly. As a child, she envied her siblings and other clan mates for their ability to explore the skies. Refusing to wallow, Ember encouraged herself to find other interests and learn as much as she could. Her greatest teacher was Cicero who eventually made Ember his apprentice and taught her the mechanics of engineering.

Although Ember found ways to occupy her time, she still dreamed of flying. She drew up several blueprints to build a contraption that would support her weak wing and was finally able to create it with the help of a traveling ridgeback who came to stay with them.
  • She is often seen covered in soot and grease stains.
  • Some people stress eat. Ember stress fixes everything in sight.
  • She is a no nonsense kind of girl. Straight to the point, honest, and blunt. Which is why she had no patience for Jason's first blundering attempts to ask her out.
