Hati:

Hati, the wolf who seeks to consume the moon has taken to following Nacht. The wolf plays a charade of being Nacht's companion, however the other dragons are certain the wolf is using the hatchling for his own gain. Nacht's goal of reuniting with his mother in the heavens has attracted Hati through his own desire to consume the moon. It is not known whether Nacht knows of Hati's ulterior motives since the dragon has shown a distaste towards the wolf.

B I O G R A P H Y

Nacht did not grow up as a normal dragon, in fact he barely grew up at all. When his mother rose to the heavens the dragon ceased to age, this however was not the only change. The young dragon's body transitioned to the likeness of the night sky as if he was destined to join his mother in the night sky which has become his purpose. The small amount of time he spent with his mother, Ysera, was precious to him and the memories he had of her has been his drive to come as far as he has. The small Icewarden doll he carries around is as precious to him as the memories of his mother. The doll was given to him by his mother and deep down still holds her scent despite its ragged condition.

Nacht has travelled the many regions of Sorneith searching for a way to join his mother. He eventually found himself in the frozen lands of the Southern Icefield after following the constellation of his mother for many months however has failed to find a way to the heavens. This has not discouraged Nacht in the slightest, he is confident that he will find a way to the skies where his mother now resides.

During his travels through the Southern Icefield, Nacht encountered the wildclaw Cordana while she was scavenging in the Snowsquall Tundra. The young dragon was weary of the larger female however he gradually became accustomed to her through her kindness. Over the years, Nacht has grown close to Cordana, some even calling him her shadow. Cordana has committed her clan to helping Nacht find his way to the heavens, a daunting task however Cordana confident it was possible.

During his time in the clan Nacht has become more and more in touch with his ability to wander the Emerald Dream. With the guidance of a dragon from his mother's flight, Nacht has become aware of the threat that looms within the Dream and what he must do to control its spread. While in the dream Nacht cannot help but feel a familiar, comforting gaze upon him as if it is guiding him towards something he so desperately seeks.

Icewarden Doll:

Nacht carries a small Icewarden doll wherever he goes. The doll is tattered and dirty with multiple hanging threads at the seams. Nacht has a strong emotional bond to the doll not because it is a representation of his regional deity, but due to the fact it was given to him by his mother before she returned to the cosmos.
