No, not nearly as faithful as he was.
He believed the people of the Light Domain have failed their deity, he took it upon himself to rid the Sunbeam Ruins of heresy- but what strikes me most interesting, is the fact none of these legends or records can be traced back to anything in our modern era.
....I strongly advise to steer clear.
Eiko-No, Alderùn now, apparently seems to be mysteriously under his control. Using her as a proxy puppet or somehow- not unlike Luminax, manipulating her Imperial blood into a sort of vessel to sow fear in ways he cannot...

I try to be unbiased by emotion as possible in these entries, but I really do miss her.
