Tempo

As good as this gentleman looks, he is far more like a spoiled fairytale prince. With such bright, eye-catching colors, he's always been the center of attention, and always wants the spotlight on HIM, at all times.
He inherited his species from his father, while his patterns and bright, neon rainbow colors come from his mother. It certainly doesn't help his ego also having the rare eye coloration.
But everyone has their breaking point, and his parents both reached theirs once Tempo reached his teens, showing no sign of maturing past this 'spoiled royal' phase. He was sent off from Lanternlea Port, much to his behest. Without any kind of connections beyond the Sunbeam Ruins, he wandered to many of the neighboring territories, though he vowed that the one place he'd never end up would be the Scarred Wasteland.

You can see how well that worked out.

In the lair, he tries to be a backseat driver when it comes to any decision. It's honestly a miracle that Krill, Strawberry or Pei hasn't strangled him yet... Though, most of that luck is owed to Regality, who tries his best to guide Tempo out of this phase. (At least, we hope it's a phase...)
