A bit of an instigator and cheerfully guilt-free about it, Oban is actually a great safety net for the aftermath of the activities he's started. He won't help clean up but his persuasive and chipper attitude leads one to continue to get into shenanigans with him.
Most of the adventures are harmless, or even productive. He's great at talking others into getting chores done, making it a game of some kind. Some of the activities lead to explosive results, but rarely does it ever get out of hand. If it does get out of hand, it was no one's fault and it wasn't that bad anyway. Right?

By sheer charisma and happy energy, the whole clan thrives when Oban is around.
