Esme joined the clan as nothing but an egg. She was a single egg in what seemed to have been the remains of a plague clan's home. The passing nomad clan had shuffled through the remains and strangely enough found nothing but smashed homes and scattered belongings. The nesting area had seemed torn apart and unfortunate eggs that had been caught in whatever had happened here were crushed and scattered. Esme's egg had been covered and hidden rather well under a mass of rotting vegetation. Her egg was hidden in a rather strange way, as if the vegetation had curled around it. Darastrix was the one to find it, the force within her seething at what had been hidden within the rotting bushes. But, Darastrix ignored her angry voice within and took in the plague egg and took care of it as if it were her own.

Esme was hatched within the vibrant forests of the Viridian Forest. Her place of birth had seemed to affect her scales and wings for despite her place or origin she was blessed with the colors of vibrant greens but no markings. Her eyes burned a vibrant red color in contrast to her vivid scales and wings. She was a plague dragons in nature dragons scales it seemed. She would be raised but the clan but Cryptae, the first true (and now former) Guardian of the clan, had a rather large influence on Esme's growth in the clan. Perhapse this is what made Esme become the new Master Guardian of the clan. Or perhapse it has something to due with her charge being Darastrix, her savior and clan leader.

Under Cryptae's careful watch Esme grew to be the finest warrior in the clan. She will protect her people with every fiber of her being. She stands proud, a dragon born of a tragic events of the plague lands she hails from, but raised in the warm, life giving forests of the Gladekeeper. She has long since earned her hunter markings upon her scales and proudly displays her scars. A warning to all who wish to cause her people harm.


"My people are my life, and I will defend them till the bitter end..."
