This spiky fellow is a fandragon for Hole-kun, an imposing character for the manga/anime series Dorohedoro. He appears at the end of the manga and is an important enemy during the final story arc. Hole-kun is the physical manifestation of the city of Hole, the ancient humans who became the lake of refuse, and pure, unbridled hatred. His sole purpose is to kill magic users, and unluckily enough for the main cast, he's dang good at it.
I chose a dragon with triple Oilslick to serve as Hole-kun's representation because of the color's parallels to the oily sludge present in the city of Hole. The combination of apparel is meant to imitate the strange garments that Hole-kun wears, but getting a perfect match for his garb is next to impossible tbh. Gotta love Hole-kun and his avant garde fashion!
In regards to the fandragon's breed and element, I couldn't find a better fit for either so it's Tundra and Arcane for the time being.
Maybe he’s a Tundra cuz he’s great at sniffing out magic users??? Who knows
