•Powers: Neon Flames- She can breathe a very powerful flame, the colors vary but are usually neons like pink, blue, and yellow. The hottest colors are those of fuchsia and magenta, and usually occur when she is very energetic. She's also skilled at magic, able to see tiny details by casting a magnifying spell on her glasses, and putting dragons to sleep or reducing their pain.

•Hobby: Seamstress that also knows how to perform good dental care. May or may not be related to the fact that she takes out the teeth of those she's killed. Is good at creating large clothes and dolls.

•Personality: Obsessive and delusional. Impulsive and scatterbrained. Makes up fantasies in her head of things that will never be, then sets out to make them reality. Yanderé-- if there's someone she likes, she will make up things about them in order for them to be her "one true prince". Will then obsessively stalk the object of her affections until she inevitably kills them.

•Likes: Boys, fire, pink things, the sun, teeth, cake, the Arcanist.

•Dislikes: Others chasing after "her man" (please note that "her man" changes often, and she does not care if "her man" is already dating someone, she will stalk them anyways), dull colors, dirt and sand, the ocean.

•Alignment: Chaotic evil

•Inventory: Arcanist body pillow, teeth collection, necklace and glasses, trophy crown, cleaver.

•Backstory: One might wonder what caused such a seemingly innocent little hatchling with quite the bright future ahead of her to stray down this dark path. Fuchsia never knew her real parents, her earliest memories being those of her playing with other hatchlings in an orphanage. She was adopted by a modest couple of butchers, and taken to live in their home. Their abode was quaint, but Fuchsia did not mind. When your craft included fancying up a food that most dragons could just eat raw, only a certain few preferred your work. Fuchsia's parents loved her very much, and allowed her to stay at the library all day, hoping she would pick up a few skills. They couldn't exactly afford a decent education,. but Fuchsia was alright with that. She filled her days with books, learning all sorts of things. When she wasn't reading about becoming a healer, she sank her fangs into romance novels like a fine wine. These are where she started wishing for a prince to whisk her away into a happily ever after. Her parents thought that she might grow out of it, but Fuchsia only became more obsessed as the days went by.

When Fuchsia wasn't at the library, she was helping her parents. She became quite good at removing bones from the dead, and using a cleaver. Some of the customers to their little shop took an eye to Fuchsia. After all, she was a young and pretty dragon working in a decidedly not pretty environment. She stuck out like a sore claw. Fuchsia began to receive gifts from possible suitors, but although flattered for the most part, refused their advances. She felt nothing for them, nice as they were, and refused to give any a chance. This worried Fuchsia. She had learnt from the books that she would know who her "prince" was immediately. She was eager to find a prince, but "love at first sight" had not struck her yet. What if she was never to find a prince? Fuchsia became sick with worry, deluded by the novels her childish mind had tricked her into taking as reality. She obsessed over finding true love, rushing about the marketplaces in search of the one her heart would yearn for. She devolved quickly.

He was a dashing young man, with scales of onyx and riddled with golden scars. He had eyes of blazing red, and a mischievous smirk. When Fuchsia saw him in the marketplace, her heard immediately pulled her towards him as if on a tether. She introduced herself to him rather forcefully, almost stumbling over her words as her scatterbrained mind rushed to keep up with her emotions. The dragon was surprised to see such a young dragon so eager to see him, but he was a polite. He did not refuse her introduction, and gave his own. He said that he was a visitor to the Starfall Isles, looking for new and interesting materials sold in the local markets. Fuchsia instantly decided that she would head home with him, though this was not voiced aloud. When they parted ways, Fuchsia travelled until she was out of his sight, and then doubled back. She followed him back to his temporary abode without him realizing it, and began to make plans. She told her parents that she would be leaving soon, to make a living in the world. By this time, she was both a skilled seamstress and healer. She could make it in Sornieth, and send her earnings back to her parents. They were sad, but supportive.

Fuchsia continued to "coincidentally" meet the object of her affections throughout the week, doting on him and even presenting gifts. Everyone else had loved her, so why shouldn't he? The dragon politely refused her advances, always finding a reason to leave before Fuchsia could properly confess, and the Nocturne couldn't understand why. When the days were up, Fuchsia gathered up her items and left her home for good, following the handsome dragon back to his resting place. As the moon rose, she got a wonderful idea. She had never peeked into his cottage before, finding it to be an invasion of privacy even if it was only temporarily his home. But since they were going to be together forever and ever, why shouldn't she indulge herself? Sneaking up into the bushes, she stuck her nose up to the window, and her heart shattered into a million pieces.

There was another dragon. A girl, and she was nuzzling her man with a look that could have only been described as adoration. Unbeknownst to Fuchsia, her obsession had journeyed to the Starfall Isles with his beloved mate, in hopes of finding a cure for her sickness. It had worked, and they decided to stay the week so that she could regain her energy, and he could gather all the supplies he needed. Fuchsia saw red, and then more red, and soon red was all she could see. His mate went first, quickly at that. Fuchsia was a bit peeved that she couldn't make the witch suffer more, but she must attend to the traitor as well. It was a furious battle filled with heartbreak on both sides, one justified and pure, the other sick and twisted. In the end, Fuchsia prevailed. She sobbed helplessly into the open cavern of her beloved's heart, clinging to his body as it drained of warmth. She was ruined, and blamed it on the dragons she had just slain. But she could not stay long. Others would be there in the morning, she was sure of it, and she could not be there when that happened. Reaching into her obsession's mouth, she plucked out a fang, white and pristine, and held it close to her chest. A remainder of her first true love.

No one from her hometown ever saw Fuchsia again. Some believe she is connected to the horrific murders, others claim that such depravity is impossible for such a beautiful dragon to commit. Her parents and suitors cling to the happy memories of the beautiful dragon they once new. But ever day, Fuchsia strays further from sanity. Of course, her first love was not the only one. Her "love" rekindled again and again for many an unlucky dragon. Older, or the same age as her, big and small, wealthy or poor, it did not matter. Fuchsia was only guided by her heart, which worked with no pattern. Sometimes the dragons she stalked had boyfriends or girlfriends or families, or had no wishes to ever be in a relationship, or were repulsed by Fuchsia on sight. She did not care. She believed that she could change this. It never worked. One by one, all would fall, and be placed upon the crown that Fuchsia would keep with her at all times. A memorial to all the times she had obsessed over another. Sometimes Fuchsia will look at it and weep, wondering why the world is so cruel to her as to never let her live happily with another.

She's stopped crying when she kills. Now all she feels is the mild disappointment, and the glee of punishing those who cannot see her beauty.

•Random fact(s) about her: Fuchsia has written Arcanist fanfiction at some point in her life. No one knows what happened to it, not even Fuchsia herself. She plans to write a sequel one day. Fuchsia also likes the beach, enjoying the sun on her scales, but detests the ocean because of all the salt.
