Born amongst the bright, expansive, shattered plains of Dragonhome, she was no stranger to the golden glow that came with the radiant sunlight. Many dragons adjusted to it rapidly, and even thrived in it; and with a name like Sunstone, one would think she was exceptional in that regard. Alas, she hated the overbearing heat. The dry expanse that was all stone and too few of anything else. Sure, there were canyons and caverns with interesting layers of rock, and occasionally a crystal here and there. Budding stonemasons had left walls and shelters and more scattered around that were interesting to explore in, but she never felt quite at home. So it was when a traveling caravan came through, she took her first trip to search for something different. The first thing she noticed upon leaving Earth's domain was the plant life. Sure, Dragonhome had its trees and plant life, but they were few and far between and couldn't really be described as vibrant. As she passed through many elemental lands on her way to the far reaches of Fire, she was constantly overcome with awe at the color and beauty of the many lands. Still, she loved the golden glow of the sun, and she knew that the ash-cloud environment of Fire wasn't quite what she was looking for, though she did thank her new friends for their wonderful hospitality before moving on. She traveled North after moving South for so very long. There was a lush expanse of land that she had caught only a glimpse of once or twice in her life, but one that sounded like absolute heaven. Onward she traveled, taking in even more lands, passing the golden grandeur of Light, where she meant to camp for only a few days but ended up staying weeks, until she was met with the lush, fragrant embrace of Nature. It was as wonderful as she had heard and more. So many colors. So vibrant and lush and unlike her birthplace. And it had always been so close, too. She had seen so many lands in her travels, and she wasn't sure where she would stay. But the found a welcoming clan who embraced travelers, and was offered a home that would always be there, if she chose.
