Born with an incredible thirst for power, Okiru made a mistake that would change his life forever. It was said that if one were to defeat one of their deity's trusted sprites, the victorious dragon would accumulate unimaginable strength. In a wild attempt to see if the rumors were true, Okiru set out to hunt down one of the Icewarden's beloved sprites, overly confident that he would become the victor in a battle against the elemental being.

When he managed to find an ice sprite, the Coatl quickly found himself overpowered. He had underestimated her power, and when he was left at her mercy, she surprised him with an offer. The sprite would allow him to live, but at the cost of his freedom. It all depended on what was worth more to him: his life, or his pride. Okiru chose his life and took the sprite's offer. The next time he awakened, he found himself trapped in his youth, only around the age of a fledgling. Though he retained his memories and consciousness, Okiru had become a child and would remain that way for all of eternity.

The ice sprite remained with him ever since the day she'd transformed him and taken away his freedom in a way he had not expected. As decades passed, the beautiful sprite taught him how to harness clairvoyance. However, he could not use this newfound ability for his own selfish desires; the only future he cannot see is his own.

Aoki and Muraoka are surprisingly protective of him. The papa dergs love him like their own.
