History
Kamrin was the sole daughter born to the leaders of her old clan. Her mother was a Chargeless Guardian; he father was a Wildclaw. When Kamrin was very young, her mother decided she must begin her Search, leaving Kamrin in her father's care. She never returned. Her father was a cruel ruler. His main focus, like most Wildcalws, was physical strength, and he showed his regularly. He never let Kamrin leave for her own Search, so she always felt an immense longing. Until she had a chance encounter with one of her father's servants, Addavar. Since their first meeting, they were fascinated with each other. They would frequently meet up in secret. Over the course of these meetings, they became close friends and eventually fell in love. During one of their escapades, Kamrin's father caught them. He was infuriated and tried to kill Addavar. The pair fled from the clan and never looked back. They traveled for a long time, kind of looking for Kamrin's Charge, but mostly looking for a safe place to settle down away from her father's influence. The Gladekeeper lead them to The Haven, an enchanted place that only the Gladekeeper herself could let dragons into, those she deemed worthy. Finally safe within The Haven, the pair settled down and started their family. |
