Dandelions?

Subject can dissolve into a mass of dandelion seeds equivalent to subject's mass immediately prior to dissolution. Seeds are magically attracted to one another and do not easily separate. Once in seed form, subject harnesses wind magic to maneuver seeds wherever the subject chooses. Subject can pass any openings that the seeds are able to fit through. When resting, seeds will take on the general shape of a Ridgeback. Seeds can be separated by force, but will cause great discomfort and erratic movement of the subject. The subject is unable to reform until all seeds are reconnected. Due to the nature of the subject's ability allowing them easy escape from any ventilated or otherwise unsealed space, subject has been permanently separated into several small, hermetically sealed containers. Each container has been placed in accompanying containment units, approximately the size of small crates, lacking any ventilation or escape. Containment units are located at varying intervals within the walls of the facility.
A petition has been made by some of the staff to construct a series of vacuum-sealed pipes running through the halls of the facility for the subject to be transferred to. The subject would be able to coalesce but unable to reform physical mass. The pipes would prevent escape, but allow the subject access to sight and movement, as well as decrease discomfort.
