He's. Kind of an airhead. He just hangs out at the edges of the clan and vibes with bugs. Lore:
Rio is of the Effluvial Crows, a group of Wildclaws that travel along the Scarred Wasteland spreading disease. Aside from the name and rumors about them however, he knows very little, as he was abandoned on the border of the Tangled Wood due to his blindness. Rio was found and raised by a fellow plague dragon named Olan. The two lived quietly in the Driftwood Drag for years before Olan disappeared. While travelling to search for him, Rio stumbled into Mercury and Rinea, who brought him back to Absalous. Olan was never found, leaving Rio alone. Not wanting to return to the empty den they had called home, Rio stayed in the clan.
