Quote:
Daily Preparation - An Angermist story

First stop, the blacksmith! No better smell than metal and ash in the morning. The fires were roaring from the bellows' great blows, the perfect staging ground for the conquest! Angermist hefted the weapons she'd ordered for the new trainees aloft as she inspected them. New claw blades for the fighters, new armor for the defenseless trainees! What better way to start the day, than acquiring materials for the next push?

Next on the list, off to see the banker! There, the guardian hefted the sack of gold and jewels upon the counter for someone with more time to count and allocate to the clan's needs. Conquest was profitable! No need to call for weaker 'profit pushes' and other lesser deeds. Lots of money to be made, sending the trainees off to the warfront! No better profession, than one in service of the Plaguebringer and Plague's glory!

Angermist knew exactly where to go after, to the apothecary! No need to waste precious time and funds on tinctures and vials, the trainees wouldn't be around long enough to make use of them. Only a few health potions needed so their trainers could work harder, train longer, and push their trainees further and further every day until they were out the door and to the war! She yelled at someone to write that last bit down, better for the war effort to have some catchy propaganda.

She returned to the training ground with potions and arms and armor in tow, tossing them to the trainers and their scrawny trainees. They'd bulk up soon enough! Angermist didn't have time to wait around for setting down and picking up. If the trainers couldn't catch the weapons without getting hurt, they needed to do better and waste less time! There was no time for waiting around, conquest planning began in two months! They had to be prepared!

Not an official council member. Approach with caution.

Lives (and dies) for the Cause. i.e. Conquest and Dominance.

Beginning: Name randomly generated. Born at the very start of the month-long preparations for the massive Plague vs Wind battle. Fodder floor reached 20kt. Her first hatchlings (i.e. Brandy) reached full adult-hood in the middle of the battle.
Current Objective: BREED, TRAIN AND YEET! RINSE AND REPEAT! Complete the Breed out the Basic Challenge and breed an heir with all four upgrades. Exalt the rest with the exception of those with all three gene upgrades.
Status: Angry, intense, fanatical and war-mongering. Acquired a sentient battle-axe
(named after blood-sucking plant antagonist from Little Shop of Horror movie) from Shade knows where which may be causing her to grow more unhinged over time. Unofficially estranged from Brandy who does not want anything more to do with her if she can help it.
Endgame: Train her to level 25 and exalt her in the name of the Plague Flight during a conquest.

Hobbies: Baking excellent peach dishes, complete with apron and bamboo towel, and creating slate paintings. They help her reach her zen.

Most likely dragon yeet self into the Wyrmwound if it would make a difference in Conquests. Born in a clutch of three with two fae siblings who were exalted for the Cause. She may or may not have something to do with her much smaller hatchmates "volunteering" and being named Fodder. No one knows what exactly happened between the three, I know I certainly don't.

The only surviving child of my progens, and the only one with children. Intense, overbearing and has anger issues. Currently fanatically raising an army of her own children. Her oldest child is Brandy, so she put a lot of expectations on her. Brandy had enough and left the clan to become a mercenary and accompany caravans, wanting nothing more to do with her.

All work and no play. HIGHLY DUE FOR A SPA DAY.

Out of Character Information: (OOC Info affects lore and IC info)

*Is Generation One of my Basic to Rare Challenge. A hatchling only becomes heir if it receives all four upgrades.

*Part of my Alphabet challenge. Her name Angermist was randomly generated.

*The crazy Wind vs Plague Dom Fight happened June 28th to July 4th where the fodder floor (min price) reached record heights of over 20kt per dragon. The clan trained massive amounts of fodder. Angermist is a product of those times. She grew up and reached adulthood during Plague Preparation Month while Plague was training fodder and sending them to OOF and IF receivers. Brandy, her first daughter, was born durning the fodder training reached adulthood at its height during exalting. Brandy's siblings were exalted.
