Biography
The reincarnation of Angeal Hewley. A combination of Genesis' wish to live after he was cured by Minerva from his degradion, and Sephiroth and Cloud travelling to the dimension of Sornieth with the help of the Temporal Rifter, Miro, a mystical force caused them to be born once more in dragon form.
Angeal long felt shame for his cowardly death, having forced his mentee, Zack Fair, to kill him. He wasn't sure why he, of all people, received a second chance. For all his talk about honor and justice, he didn't exactly practice what he preached, in the end- whether he thought himself a monster or not.
Then it turned out Zack had also been reincarnated as dragon in this world.
Oh, Angeal felt even more guilty, then, because how could he face his mentee when he had wronged him so? How could he possibly make it up to him, when he caused him so much anguish?
Zack forgave him, much to both his surprise, and not really- because that was just Zack, wasn't it?
Angeal and Zack quickly found that Genesis was also reborn into this world, and the trio travelled- eventually arriving at the Purring Winds, where they found their old friend, Sephiroth, and in Zack's case, Cloud, both of whom had lost their memories thanks to, to Angeal's horror, experiments.
Even though their former friends didn't recognize them, Angeal was convinced that staying with them- even like this- was the right thing to do.
