B I O G R A P H Y

______ Nightless is young compared to the more experienced members of the council, but she remains to be one of the most approved-of council members in the entire Dwelling. She is well-known for her empathy and her kindness towards her fellow dragons, as well as a believer in second chances, often vouching for those who she believes wishes to change. She does appreciate being looked up to by the Dwellers, but many are unaware of her prior sins.

She was born in Tangled Wood, in the domain of Shadowbinder. When she had finally become a grown dragon, ready to serve under her clan's leadership, the (INSERT BAD GROUP HERE) had reigned destruction upon the shadowlands and slaughtered and overtook many of the clans residing in the area. Nightless had managed to slip away before being slaughtered herself, but she continued to remain in danger as the entire Tangled Wood was infested with the tyrannical group, searching for those who managed to avoid their iron fist.

In her desperation, as prey was scarce and times were hard, Nightless often ambushed travelers, many of whom were also starving and desperate, and took whatever they had on them. Food, clothes, things to sell for profit, her new profession of thievery was surprisingly easy, but not pretty. It was a merciless task, one she took no pleasure in. No matter how great her guilt had become, she buried it deep inside and took what she needed, and eventually, took what she didn’t.

Then, on one fateful day, she had stolen from the wrong dragon, and that's when her path had changed forever.

Rey and Honeybean had found her running away from a dragon of great power, one who had belonged to (INSERT BAD HERE). She had been injured and starving for days, and they, well, mostly Honeybean, had offered to help. Surprised at their sudden kindness, something she had not experienced in a very long time, she thought of them as fools. Planning to eventually take everything they had after she recovered, she traveled with them. What she did not expect was to get attached to Rey's strangely-endearing grumpiness, and Honeybean's positivity.

Instead of eventually betraying her newfound friends, she confided in them and wished to change her ways. Expecting them to leave her behind and stay resentful forever, they had forgiven her, and decided to help her on her path to redemption.

Coming across many of her victims, she tried her very best to right her wrongs. Some were happy to forgive her, while others were understandably hesitant or refused to.

They had found their way out of Tangled Wood, just escaping the claws of (BIG BAD BAD) and traveled across Sornieth for some years, until they encountered the Dwelling. Nightless finally found a place to call home, without the fear of (BIG BAD BAD) looming over her and her friends.
