Hestia

Snatched from her family as an egg, Hestia never knew who she was. After some confusion with the kidnappers, the coatl was abandoned in the great city of Lurken. Living on the streets was rough. Hestia wasn't. She was warm and gentle. Citizens helped her and took a liking to her. All was changed, however, when the war broke out. Compassion wasn't valued anymore. Kindness killed. A homeless little dragon wasn't useless as long as she had her wits about her. The coatl had to change.

It was decades later. A slip of the claws and a shimmer of wings. Throats slashed and bellies opened. A skilled killer of the South emerges from a bar. War is breaking once again. Some more ancient dragons began to stir. Names forgotten like Eilwyn and Starless are being whispered. Others like the Great Baron and the Flamed One are alert in the West. The Nocturn Queen in the East is preparing. The North remains quiet. It seems an assassin is being needed again. Maybe it was time to find her disciple... Shinigami.
