One of the lesser known legends and one that still roams free today is Skra, a leader of a tribe of cannibals in the barren wasteland known as The Abiding Boneyard. It's said that the horned bird skull on his head is actually fused with his face, but that has yet to be confirmed. It's unknown how Skra appeared or when, but it became very apparent that he's insane. He posed himself as some sort of battle god to the few fellow dragons around him, taking on his dangerous surroundings with surprising ease. Slowly, more and more dragons had begun to believe him, that perhaps Skra really is a godly being. Skra never seemed to be wounded after battles, and he could heal others by simply humming and doing some sort of gesture, but it also required a sacrifice.

Skra had later gained a following, many believing in him to be a divine being of light and power sent to help them survive, although those who are his followers slowly started to lose their minds. They would soon gain strange tendencies such as clawing, hissing, growling, and biting. Skra's followers do not speak, they do not think, they act feral and are uncontrollable by those who are not part of the cult.

Now, Skra himself has descended into madness. The cult no longer cared for morals, and would eat anything that moved, including their fellow kin if needed. Skra's tribal cult also has been told to kidnap and brainwash occasional dragons they come across, and its been told that Skra has an almost hypnotic gaze on those who look into his eyes. Those who are kidnapped are changed dragons, changed into beasts driven by primal instincts who can't think for themselves.
