Cedrela is the embodiment of the ice realm. She is known among her fellow ambassadors for both her beauty and cold temper. Cedrela prefers to ponder issues in order to find what she considers fairness. She believes that sacrifices must be made at times for the betterment of dragon-kind.

Attempting to rush any of her deliberations is never a good idea. She loathes impatience and reacts ferociously towards it.
Boran is one of the few daring enough to test Cedrela's patience. He learned quickly that Cedrela has a very short fuse, but that does not stop him from butting heads with her constantly.

While her cold attitude makes it hard for her to find many close friends among the clan, she is often in the company of Lisilette.

Being a skydacer she had little protection from the intense cold of her birth-lair, because of this her hands and feet have frost bite. She is unable to preform tasks that require a delicate touch as her fingers have very little feeling in them and are very stiff. She, begrudgingly, relies heavily on scribes to help her with embassary work.
However, despite her disabilities, Cedrela is an adept negotiator. She has kept peace between her resident clan and the clans of the Snowsquall Tundra and Frigid Floes with her no nonsense attitude.
