A beast made of blood, came to be after foolish beings wished to make sacrifices for this "blood god." Splinter hungers for dragon blood, yet painfully resists his dark urges. He has to make it in this world, he must, he needs to be normal...that's nearly impossible. Maybe he just might fit in somehow, if he could only try harder.
