Sharp pauldrons poke at you as a spiral passes you by. She notices immediately, taking a sharp u-turn in her flight to confront you.

"Whoops, you okay there? My mind was in other places."

You cant help but think she bumped into you because of the over-sized hat that blocks her eyes. Nonetheless, you confirm that you are okay, and a little bump wont hurt you. She laughs little, and lifts up the brim of the hat ever so slightly. A green eye peers back at you with warmth.

"You're visiting right? Word gets around the clan fast. Have you seen Devdan around? Big blue and pink imperial with purple feather wings?"

Devdan? That was...oh, right! You remember him now. You tell the spiral that you saw him near the east wing of the lair, and her smile widens. Now that you look at her neck, you see the pearl collar that has 'Pretty in Purple' engraved in the metal. You also notice the muscle, and how it looks still looks imposing on her small frame.

"Me, him, and Lucille were supposed to be heading out soon, and- Oh! I didn't even introduce myself!"

Her claws grab yours and shakes it up and down with a few pumps. Bantam fur gets all over it.

"I'm Melvara! It's nice to meet you. I'm sorry to cut this so short, but I gotta go."

And just as quick as Melvara had talked to you, she leaves with a wave over her shoulder. You wave back, before deciding it's time to continue with your self guided tour.
