Spiderman's beginning was strange and it looked for a little bit like he wouldn't be hatched at all. Laid in his father's plague lair, the elemental magic started to infuse in him, only for an emergency to occur, forcing the clan to move the eggs to an ice lair for safe keeping. The different magical energies clashed, and one hatchling was lost to the clash. The others survived through a mage pumping the ice magic directly into their systems for days.

The result was a dragon that would need miraculous odds mate, as the conflicting elements in his body left him unable to perform the ritual for it. Spiderman was fine with that, he never had any inclinations to find a mate anyways. He filled his time with the fighting that he had been taught since he had hatched.

Pushed from a young age to become stronger and stronger, Spiderman lost track of the point when his body should rest for its own safety, and that stuck with him long into his later years. Scars quickly became a normal part of his body, and he learned how to move while wrapped in bandages even if others kept him from fighting while injured. His fighting style flourished as he struggled through the constant pain in order to protect himself and those he cared about.

Even though he had planned on living his life alone, there was one ridgeback that caught his eye. Her fighting style was as elegant as she was, and after defending the clan from the beast clans together, it was simple to fall in love with her. When she told him that she was leaving to serve the Gladekeeper he was heartbroken, and the magic in him worsened in response to his emotions, destroying any of the remaining chance he had at mating. He left the clan as well wandering until he found a small clan that was just starting out and in need of help.

Time passed and as he clawed his way into the strength he needed the clan grew around him, he loved the feeling of community that came with it. Gaining a reputation as someone to ask when the younger dragons needed help with fighting, Spiderman found himself in the position of clan elder. If he glanced around, he could see just how much that small clan he grown and aged, and he loved it.

Laid back and not willing to fight other dragons if he had too, Spiderman whittled away the time fighting beast clan with his best friend Furyclaw. Having taught the younger dragon how to fight, having stood by the guardian after his charge had died, and even having watched the disastrous second mating, Spiderman could truthfully with full conviction say that there was no one he trusted more than Furyclaw even as the guardian still struggled with depression.

Spiderman loved his clan, was more than willing to fight and bleed and die for it. Though his life may have been hard, he didn't regret the path that brought him to his home. He looked forward to seeing what else may happen, keeping his claws sharp for the darker times even as he enjoyed the lighter ones.
