Least dangerous, but do not ignore him.

Sawyl once worked as a guard within the Silents. He was actually a really liked dragon, he got well along with others. He really seemed dedicated to his job and other Silent Ones were really grateful towards him. He worked a lot with Sortal and other guards, and his life was great. Everything went really well for a while. Then something went wrong.

Sawyl had never liked being pushed around, but as a normal guard, Sortal did that towards him quite a lot. Slowly Sawyl lost his nerve. He walked up to Sortal and told him he wanted to have more power, more authority. Sortal turned him down right away, but Sawyl did not give up. He had decided to become someone great, someone no one would tell to do something he didn't want to. But no one ever listened when he tried to speak about it.

Then, finally, he spoke to Andon. The seer took a one look at him and told him to leave and never return. He told him he would meet his friends somewhere else, and his path didn't lead the way he was trying to go.

Only a week later Sawyl got into an argument with Petran, the new scout. Sawyl was angry. The argument heated into a battle. A battle that ended with two badly hurt dragons. Sawyl was left with a broken wing, but he had won the battle he had started. But in the lair nothing goes without Rhythm noticing. And that was when Sawyl was banished from the Silents.

྿

Sawyl left the lair. He walked away from the dragons he had once called his family. He walked and walked, until he reached the border of the territory. The moment he got out he decided he didn't need his lair. He was just fine without them. But there was one problem; his broken wing. He needed it to survive.

Iver found him. Without saying a word, he led Sawyl to his small camp and helped him to tend for his broken wing. Sawyl tried to get to know this mysterious dragon, mut it took Iver weeks to warm up and start talking. After hearing Sawyl's story, Iver said Sawyl was just as worthy as any rank as anyone else and the banishment was unjustified. Sawyl knew that well. He knew that he was worthy of being part of the lair, but something kept him from returning to the lair and asking for mercy. Something called attachment.

See, Sawyl had really started liking Iver and his attention. As more and more dragons joined the Outcast, he became aware of the fact that Iver had to take care of more dragons. That's why Sawyl helped him lead the group so they all could survive. Something Sawyl does not care for is violence, yet he doesn't keep his fellow outcasts from attacking dragons from the lair. However, he does make sure to warn every dragon he sees, just because he is tired of helping hurt dragons heal their wounds.

Sawyl is one of the most well known dragons of the Outcast. Every guard of the Silents has seen his face, for he likes to lurk near the border and tease them. "Watch out, behind you!" is something you can often hear him say, and then he will fly away laughing. It is needless to say that he is one of the dragons Sortal really, really likes to hunt down. Rhythm, however, has told him to let Sawyl be as long as he is not attacking anyone.
