Biography
He's fond of Fluttersight because of their similar names and being the only coatls. That, and he found her.
He'd been the only dragon of his kind in the clan for a while. It was awkward sometimes, but manageable. Although he did get rather miffed when no one remembered to bring back fish for him.
It had been a colder, rainy day, and he'd ventured out, bored of the stories the others were spinning to pass the time.
He didn't need to go far into the wind before he'd heard it. A screech, and a growl, and whimpers.
Starsight crept closer to the sound. He saw a large, dark shape looming before him, and couldn't suppress a fearful yelp. The creature seemed to hear him, and scampered away.
He had no interest in pursuing it.
A whimper drew his attention to a small shape on the ground, crying softly.
It was a hatchling.
She was a bit of a wreck, honestly, her feathers were unpreened, and she was bleeding.
He couldn't just leave her, so he carried her back.
Starsight could tell Biter wasn't pleased from the way she glared, but her partner had kept her calm enough to decide the hatchling could stay.
She curled up next to him that night, trilling softly.
