A divine beast with good intentions bearing only bad news.
They'll help discuss solutions to your problem if you invite them for tea.

Some clans have blamed Rangi for the terrible things that happen to them, seeing their warnings as curses. As a result, in some books you will see Rangi labeled as a demon instead of angel.

Rangi's attempt to look more appealing to dragon-kind certainly doesn't help with this mislabeling since it looks like they're devouring the head of an imperial.
The imperial head is actually a clay bust they use to speak through.
(Rangi made it all by themself, they're very proud of it. Please don't stare at the asymmetrical eyes.)
