History
Tierro was never happy with all of the science shit that went on in Lightning Flight. Instead, he wanted desperately to learn how to breathe fire and weave the flames between his claws. When he came of age he sprinted as fast as he could to the mage's guild in Fire Flight. There he grew powerful in fire magic and became such a close friend to his roommate that he viewed him as his brother. He listened to Delmar's rants with a sympathetic ear and offered to even sneak out one night to help him work once more in the forge. But with a swish of Delmar's tail, Tierro was knocked into the forge's mighty fire and painfully died. Delmar scorched the prints off his claws trying to pull his friend out, only succeeding in saving a handful of his scales.

Delmar was banned from the mage's guild and was sentenced to a trial before Flamecaller for his crimes. However he escaped his chains and twisted the fabric of his magic into any and all pieces of metal he could find. Binding the soul of Tierro still clinging to the scales into the metal pieces. His friend was revived but never the same. The two fled from the volcano and never looked back.
