Biography

it is not known exactly why nightshade's egg showed up at the clan's doorstep one night, along with julius', but she was taken in immediately by hisana and valentine. she grew up quiet and wary of the other dragons, for she believed she didn't really belong from the start - there weren't many dragons like her at first, after all. valentine was the closest she had to a mother figure, so over time she adopted skydancer traits, especially picking up on other emotions; but not without hiding her own. she became a formidable assassin as an adult, taking odd jobs from other clans, as the ascendency couldn't come up with a reason for her to kill for their benefit. she is gone for many moons and then returns for at most a week, before leaving in the night once more.
