Ares.
Battle-hardened cinnamon roll.
Pragmatic, sensible, and entirely down to earth, Ares is a dedicated warrior of the clan. He loathes training recruits for the Lightweaver, considering it a waste of resources. His birth clan was extremely rigid, each member having a specific role, so he was cast out to fend for himself at a young age. Life is hard in the Boneyard. He travelled aimlessly, foraging, until he was picked up - fortunately not literally - by a young fae on a quest to better herself. Eris took a shine to him, although not, perhaps, in the way he was hoping, declared him her brother, and led him home to her clan in the Sunbeam Ruins. Ares let himself be carried along on her quest, eventually forming a trio with her mate Troy to defend the clan.
Just as she eventually tired of Troy and sent him packing, Eris has also tired of Ares attention. He found himself without purpose once more, and the nomadic urge struck him again. For now, though, his interest has been piqued by a precocious, arrogant young Guardian who has journeyed from the Wasteland to settle within the Ruins. Unfortunately, a youth spent entirely alone has left Ares ill-equipped in terms of social skills. He is blunt by nature, prone to stammering, and is easily flustered to incoherency by unfamiliar situations. Who knows what his future will bring?
