Biography
Asher closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Fresh, cool air filled his lungs. He exhaled slowly; watching his breath fog up in the chilly air and float away with the gentle breeze. It was at the break of dawn, and like routine, Asher inclined his head when he heard the first chirp of the morning birds, and perked his ears.
It was easy to miss if one wasn't paying close attention, but Asher heard it. Just as he did every morning atop this lonely cliff hidden from sight by the surrounding mountains. It was the gentle call of the East wind, carrying her musgrave ritual across the mountains as she flew elegantly way up high above Asher's own den.
As the melodic tune faded into a hum and to the cries of the waking morning, Asher flicked his tail in contentment. With a song of his own, he leapt off the cliff gracefully, twirling in his flight as the bangles on his tail tinkled against the winds in accompaniment to his beautiful voice.
And the earth goes round and round
To the rhythm of your sights
In search of a few island
Just the sparkle of your eyes
So the earth goes round and round
While sailing through the sky
In no time at all you shall be found
I'll bring you out of your disguise
Just like clockwork, that was how the morning woke.
