Family
Brightglade's parents, Jungle and Elodea, instilled in her a love of and fascination of and with animals and plants. She also inherited from them her endless curiosity. Her closest family member is her brother, Pomelo, who came from a clutch along with her, her sister Citrine, and her estranged brother Copernicium. She does not have a mate or any kids, and is content with that. She gets along well with her mom and dad, but mostly they leave her to her own devices. She also has an older sister, Taranna, who she loves at the same time that she finds her extremely tiring, and two younger brothers, Equinox and Lemonade, whom she grudgingly resigns to hang out with.

Occupation
Brightglade is a traveler, driven by a wanderlust and curiosity that runs through her family like water. She loves going on trips and exploring, and inside of her is an adornment of the solitude she enjoys when she is alone, just like her sister Citrine. She spends her days wandering the lush forest that surrounds the clan, reveling in the whimsy of her surroundings, always searching for something new to discover.

Backstory
The glowing green egg unfurled and out crawled a spiral of the brightest orange. Her wings were an iridescent green color that shimmered with hints of a misty cyan-blue, and gray-green lines ran across her body like a skeleton. Brightglade was the youngest out of a four-egg clutch, but she also had older siblings, and later, younger ones. As she grew up, Jungle and Elodea taught her about plants, often taking her on trips outside of clan territory. She was fascinated by the lush diversity of the jungle, but most of all, she was fascinated by the beauty that she found in wandering. She took to walking alone, gathering samples of any plant the caught her interest, and taking notes on any animal that passed her by.

Personality
Brightglade is friendly but sarcastic, always there to make a wry commentary on a situation. However, she is also very sweet, and has many friends in the Circle of Druids. At the same time, she tends to overthink most social situations, so she enjoys solitude as well, viewing it as a time to reflect. She secretly loves meditation, but she will never admit that to anyone.

Relationships
Brightglade's closest friend is her brother Pomelo, as much as she bickers with him at times. She also gets along well with her sister, Citrine, thought they don't talk much whenever they hang out. She finds Jodugar concerning and slightly dangerous, and doesn't believe that she should be on the Circle of Druids. However, she gets along very well with Romeria, the gardener, who serves as her meditation partner. Romeria often walks with her to collect clippings to add the the gardens, as well as just to talk to Brightglade.

Familiar
Duskvine, Brightglade's familiar, came to her after it infiltrated her lair and was eating the clan's food stores. Citrine and Flamefall were furious, but Brightglade was intrigued, and set out to capture it. Eventually, she succeeded, and took it under her wing. She didn't think she would have it for long, as she knew it was in bloom, meaning it was nearing the end of its life. However, after many months had passed, she realized it was staying in bloom and not dying. She decided to keep it as her familiar and study it, and she's had it for many months now.
