I’ve been trying so hard to not have more than one dragon from a fandom I know in this review so it didn’t look like I was playing favorites based on the character, but when I saw the way primal eyes were used on Widowmaker here, I lost it. Just as a disclaimer, I am a Tracer and Ana main, with a lil bit of Pharrah and Ashe on the side. Widow is my worst enemy in-game and I despise playing both as and against her, so this choice is 100% not dictated by favoritism lmao. But using plague primal eyes to act as her visor? That is an idea so wholly unique and creative, that I really couldn’t pass her by. Not when I had her in my sights heh. The colors of the dragon as a whole are so perfect as well, despite being all basic. This dragon really nails the kind of ashy purple color of the character, and I honestly find that I prefer basic here because it doesn’t distract from the more essential parts of the dragon, like her eyes and outfit.

The outfit here is definitely one that I adore. It’s more simplistic than the rest of your lair, but it gets the personality of the character across and stays pretty dang true to the original design. Considering the complexity of Widowmaker’s suit in-game, I was shocked to see just how close you were able to get it to the character! The use of the dusk rogue pieces here are masterful, and I love how you took bits and pieces from multiple sets to really get the full getup to where it needed to be. I particularly love the addition of the primal claws; they match with the character very well, and it’s a wonderful little aspect of creativity. And the staff!! I never would have thought to use the staff as a substitute for Widow’s weapon, and yet, I’m so glad you had the mind to, because it’s the perfect finishing touch. All in all, I am astounded by the dragon, colors and eye type and outfit and all.

I don’t know who they are, but I think they look neat. I like the use of the primal plague eyes to match with the reference pic
