BingFen is the Keeper of the Ice. When Vexrikan and Gifthanae moved the clan from the Icefield to Dragonhome and their allegiances from the IceWarden to the EarthShaker, BingFen was set the task as the IcePrimal to be the Memory and History Keeper of the Clan, making sure that all who become members of the Clan (ooc: permas) know the Clan history. She frequently travels back to the Southern Icefields, keeping up with old friends and learning the new customs of Ice. It has been prophesied that some day the Clan will move back though the prophecy could also be interpreted as moving to Lightning or Fire as well.
