Hizli is a true child of the Plateau. He's at his happiest running swiftly through the tall grass, or glide-jumping down through the Ascent at the head of a gust of wind. It was only natural that he handle the import and export of goods for the clan. Like Ikposa's ambassador, he's only around about half the time, if that, and is more commonly spotted by other clans, speeding past in the distance. He's fast enough that any unfriendly parties would likely not bother to chase him for long, but he wears light greaves and bracers just in case, under his jewelry and more practical trappings.

Depending on what's coming in or going out, he carries it all on him in multiple pouches, tied carefully to his body or folded wings. If there are larger items, he pulls a lightweight rickshaw behind him, and doesn't run quite as fast. The Longneck and Talonok clans in particular are frequent stops, as they enjoy the bright cloth and beautiful jewelry that comes from Ikposa's crafters. In turn, they provide leather, material for dyes and jewelry, and a sampling of food from other regions.

When he's at home, he enjoys visiting with his clanmates, playing with the current batch of hatchlings, and sleeping in bursts that would put any spiral to shame. Many of his trips overlap with those of Ahotewa, the clan's provider of meat and fish, and they can travel together (at a much more moderate speed). In rare cases he's had her deliver or pick up goods for him, but he would certainly rather do it himself.
