Freya was troubled as a youth never fitting in her colors a little darker then her clan-mates, her attitude a little darker and edgy than most her age group. She loved to dance but ribbons and bows were never quite her thing to dance with. Blades of all sizes on the other hand she couldn't wait to learn about. When she met her partner Futhark everything just clicked together in so many ways. What happened when they danced together was so unreal it was mind boggling that she was able to imbue the golden statues with wind energy giving them a limited life that would transmit information back to her for a limited period of time. And the cautious surveillance was the best method for this unusual investigative team. Their work was never for the money, it was used more for scoping out potential clans to send hatchlings to where they wouldn't be used as fodder for the ongoing conflict.
