Biography

Unlike other arcane dragons, Fin was born with seemingly no magic. This led to his isolation from those of his same age, though It never got as far as bullying because of his only childhood friend, who tragically died as a hatchling for a reason he never learned.

When he reached dragon-hood, he decided to leave his birth clan as they gave nothing but bad memories and an unnecessary feeling that he was different, useless, and worthless.

Fin ended up settling in an abandoned tower that once housed an old sorcerer, now long dead. He had apparently been studying magic and trying to develop ways to store it, but hadn’t been successful before he passed. Fin decided to immerse himself in the old books and journals, and it became his goal to succeed where the sorcerer had failed.

After years of study and experimentation with the material he found, Fin was able to successfully create a device that could absorb magic of any element and store it for later use. Excited, he traveled to all eleven epicenters of magic, telling each clan what he made and selling thousands of devices.

Fin was now rich, well off, well known, and respected in all clans; including his old one. Dragons would want to buy one of his newer inventions might find him in his old tower, but he will most likely be out exploring the world, meeting all kinds of dragons and taking more notes for his research on magic.
