Guardian breed because I think it shows a sense of pure strength and also awareness of one's surroundings: always staying on top of things.
ColoursxGenes:
Obsidian Metallic to represent his signature black uniform coat.
Grape Shimmer to represent the flowy, kind of see-through manifestation of his Stand: Star Platinum.
Honey Runes to represent the gold details on Jotaro's clothes and in Star Platinum's design.
(And innocent eyes because anime eyes duh)
