Biography
(Sky is blind)
Sky's eyes opened, the world spinning and rocking. His head felt like it was being hit repeatedly with a sledgehammer. He tried to stand, but he collapsed to the ground again, feeling like his head was going to explode. His wings felt weighed down. He tried to spread them, but they were stopped by cold metal bands. His wings were bound. He lifted a talon, feeling cold metal around his wrists and hearing the clanking of chains. He also had a thin chain around his throat. Where am I? he thought. He made a small clicking noise, hearing the sound bounce off the walls in the room and making a sort of map in his head. He seemed to be in a small, empty room. "Firefly?" he tried, the echo just copying his question. The floor felt like stone. It was cold and clammy in the room, nothing like the pleasant warmth of the Mountain. Si he must be in... the Canyon. The Dark Canyon. Sky had been captured. He remembered the battle. Remembered hearing Firefly cry out before he was knocked unconscious. His father lived here, the ruler of this place. He'd heard horrifying stories about Ventus. And it had almost seemed like Cobalt, Sky's brother was going down the same path. He had been killed in a fight for power. That's all Cobalt had ever wanted. Power. Violet and Sky had tried to stop hinm, tried to show him the right path. But he didn't listen. And where did that get him? Dead.
Sky had to find Firefly and get out. Soon.
Dang it's hard writing from the perspective of blind dragon!
