Pyrite- Esteemed Commander of the Chair Force
Officer of Internal Affairs "You want this job? No, you dont. No one wants this job. Now sit down while I process your citation" Pyrite is the sole officer assigned to The only battlefield tougher than the golem workshop, Administration. The position was created largely out of necessity, Law Faction policies dictate that all internal affairs must be done by a Law member. With that, Pyrite became the militaries dedicated pencil pusher. Pyrites relative importance and unique skill set means that his true rank should be that of Commander. He even commands the revolving door of exalt cadets that assist him with an iron claw. He just doesn't have enough active field hours to qualify for the rank, but hey, still got the pay increase. |

Commanders
High ranked dragons, usually have a team of dragons they command for specialized operations. Some commanders may not have a true battle command and are just high ranked soldiers of note (Pyrite).
Captains
Second in Command to the Commanders, the role of captain serves to designate these individuals as promising Commanders, being mentored into leadership by their Commanders.
Officers
Officers are dragons that have completed their training and have shown talent and dedication to the Law Faction. Officer assignments may vary from Patrol, security, law enforcement, expiditions, or hunting monsters.
(Registered) Mercenaries
In order to bolster their fighting strength Sonora is developing a work to citizenship program for skilled Mercenaries who are hired to work the on assignments with Officers on a temporary or contractual basis. They pay as much as Officers do not have the citizenship benefits, they do not hold jurisdiction power over lower ranked dragons unless specifically given buy a commander.
Auxiliary
The unsorted infantry of the army, trained soldiers who have completed their training but have yet to be placed in a specific division. This division has a bad reputation for being the home of the delinquent and unmotivated soldiers.
LUXilary Cadets
Sonora has a robust training program for taining Exalt dragons known as Luxilary Cadets. exalt cadets are dragons that have completed their basic training and are waiting to be recruited into the Light Weaver's forces. Exalt cadets can be seen doing menial jobs such as weapon maintenance, barrack housekeeping, or mission prep.

Pyrite looked up from his work, the figure pointing at the directory. He leaned over his desk to see who they were pointing to. Pyrite froze at the name, he tilted his head upward slightly to see if he could get a look at the strangers face under the hood.
"I'm not at liberty to discuss that information" Pyrite spoke calmly, hiding his unease.
"Is that so?"
"Yeah, sorry" he braced himself, years of basic training finally kicked in a little too late.
The stranger chuckled, then spoke wistfully "you will tell me"
