Nestled amongst verdant leaves and half broken terracotta pots lies a battered signpost. It's lettering looks as if it was carved hastily, perhaps meant to be replaced at some point but clearly forgotten about. Everyone knows their way around anyway. |

- terracotta terraces The residential "district" of the canyon, home to a multitude of personalities and backgrounds. The caverns here stretch far into the earth, curving around each other in dizzying patterns. Bridges close the gap within the cavern, tiled pathways leading to mosaicked hallways. Be careful not to get lost. |

- the basilica The rickety old building situated at the inland end of the canyon is a quiet place of worship; fresh water springs from the ground above the church, falling in a cascading waterfall over its worn structure. It is all that remains of a forgotten god. |

- marble market The market carved into the walls of the canyon bristles with life and action. Canvas awnings rustle in musical tandem with the shouts of shopkeepers and the clanging of a blacksmith, soft laughter is heard on the breeze as dragons from all around Sornieth trade and barter, dust rising around them. |

- dripglass greenhouse A humid dome of glass situated above the market, overgrown outcroppings casting their shade over the marketplace; verdant dewy leaves dripping down over the shops below. Birds flit to and fro in the foliage, hunting bugs and nesting material as they sing strange and familiar songs. |

- dustglaze fields The dusty plains to the south of the canyon situated nearby a natural spring which runs into the canyon below. On the western end of the plains lies Dustglaze Ranch, the center of the clan's farming activity. The ranch is the last homely refuge before the endless dry earth of the Shattered Plain. |

- sliptide cenote A sparkling lake hidden away down dizzying corridors and near impossible to find from the surface. Glinting crystals sprout from the water, casting sparkling lights across the cavern walls. In the depths, something glimmers gold. |
