As you wander into the cramped ruins of an ancient stone building, you notice a glow and crane your neck to get a better look at its source. Perched in a crack up high, the silhouette of a ragged fae observes you. It taps its claws thoughtfully for a moment before reaching out and snatching one of the floating lanterns nearby. She holds it in a way that illuminates both of you, and stares at you with an expectant look. "I see you've wandered a bit too far into the ruins... are you lost?" she asks. When you shake your head no, she narrows her eyes and tilts her head in response, then gestures towards a messy stack of scrolls and tomes. "I see. Then what knowledge is it you seek from this place? Any answers that can be given are here, nowhere else in this fouled place. Do not trust the words of the others."
Yeet some bio info here dummy c'mon hurry up and do it

'Leaders': Zuhaitz, Aidenn, Perkunas, Nhainsse, Ametsa
A small clan that resides in the ruins of an ancient city. The ruins are believed to be arcane in flight origin, although clearly plague has long since taken hold of the area. Though clearly sick with plague influence, this ruined place is hauntingly beautiful, when it has no right to be. This clan is very shy, not aggressive unless corned or disturbed, and they are not closely tied to each other. More along the lines of they were drawn into the area, and agreed to tolerate and occasionally help each other. A small group seem to be in charge of things, though communication is sparse.
Area
This strangely beautiful part of plague territory is but a shadow of its former glory. A flat and rusty, gravelly earth is broken up by strange fleshy veins of sickness. It is not recommended to poke at or burst these open. A massive statue of megalithic proportions for even imperials stands at the center of it all. Around a shattered pillars curls a long, strange, dragon statue, although it is badly damaged and weathered. Scattered around this massive stone beast are broken buildings, strange and otherworldly to most dragons, as well as many rock formations and structures. Strange, distorted plants decorate the area, some even appearing to be made from flesh.

Culture
These dragons are mostly shy by nature, even the so-called leaders skulk in the shadows and avoid most others. The group is far from close-knit, yet they all know who belongs and who doesn't. Visitors are shunned, newcomers often being ignored until it becomes clear they intend to stay, and then they are intimidated by the others until they leave or submit to the leaders. They are not cruel to each other, and help is offered when it is seen that it is needed, but they do not much like each other. Small factions stick together, but know better than to challenge or otherwise make the leaders feel their position is threatened. No-one speaks of what happened to those who did. Nothing is sacred except for their leaders and the ruins themselves. If a researcher comes exploring and isn't careful, they may barely escape in one piece. The general population of this strange clan speaks of spirits wandering the crumbling city that no outsider can see. Most advanced technologies are shunned in this place, as these dragons fear the unknown. Change is despised. Especially in the buildings themselves. The collapse of any small building is enough to drive them mad, causing unbelievably violent fights between dragons, visitors often being driven away mauled or killed. It is unwise to stay in this strange, even hostile, place.

The Whisperers
Flutterbye, Prophecy, Inkariaz, Duna, Aegrisomnia
Although most dragons here prefer to cover their faces with masks and veils, the whisperers take it to a new extreme, hiding themselves as well as their faces. They are somehow more obvious and memorable than the rest because of this. This small, shy faction of dragons is very secretive. They are less agressive members of this rag-tag clan, and seem to be working to improve things. Though they don't prefer it to be noticed or pointed out, they appear to have as much power and respect as the leaders. Just a look from one is enough to motivate a dragon to do as they say. There is an intensity in their eyes... They vanish in the presence of the hostile groups and individuals. Oddly enough, though they are not seen together often, at night some can hear their barely discernable but instantly recognizable voices whispering somewhere in the darkness. No-one but the whisperers themselves know what is discussed...
