Crowley

A treacherous advisor of the Summer court. He loves to cause trouble and is extremely smart, but Crowley is too useful to get rid of. He dotes on the royal children and refuses to get kids involved in his schemes, but he is all too happy to plot to overthrow King Knockout and Queen Briarius. He likes to pretend to be royalty and puts on airs and everyone just kind of rolls their eyes and ignores him except for when he has something useful or threatening to say. Crowley is not above using this to his advantage.

Knows about Blurr's attempts to gain info from August to keep the war going and mostly doesn't care except for her treatment of the kid. Holds his knowledge of her plot over her head as blackmail and flirts with her to make her uncomfortable while she uses her military position and power to avoid his scheming. He thinks of it as a game, she is legitimately scared about what he could do to her.
