Keris

Keris is a good ruler overall, having learned from wise and revered parents. It is important to her to understand a matter before passing judgment. However, her wrath is to be feared, and she can be stern even toward those she loves. Lumina often encourages her to use more positive reinforcement toward her underlings.

About three years ago, Keris started an annual festival in Keloran, for entertainment and to mix things up. Each event has been significantly different from the others. The event centers around a competition, but creativity in meeting the goals of the competition is rewarded. There are also non-competitive features, including a great feast.
