As Candice's partner and also an Ally, Flint fully supported her and helped with the word-spreading of the Rainbow Bubble Clan. He is a fighter and extremely aggressive most of the time. However, he isn't aggressive towards his clan members, instead being extremely protective of them. Any LGBTQ-phobic dragon must stay completely silent about their views or get ripped to shreds by an angry Mirror Dragon.

Flint was born a Plague Dragon in a Plague Clan. He had learned to accept that LGBTQ+ dragons were not and will never be accepted in the clan. One day, a Mirror and Skydancer of the clan finds a Water Egg and took it in. Five days later, Candice the Water Fae Dragon was born. Flint became fast friends with her. Sure, they had a bit of trouble understanding each other-Faes have little to no body language and tone variation-but Flint learnt to understand her by her crest.

One night, Gordie and Ramos were chased out of the clan for dating when they were both male to the clan. Flint had seen this happen many times before, but he saw Candice leave out of the corner of his eye and remembered this was her first time. He followed her into the library.

"Candice?" He asked worriedly.

"I can't stay here... It's too unaccepting. I want to leave." Candice said. Flint was shocked. She was that empathetic towards those creatures that everyone else had been taught were “tainted” and exiled for speaking up.

"Then I'll come with you." Flint decided. He wasn’t about to let his best friend leave on her own. "Well, you need someone to look after you." He added with a grin.

"Tonight, then."

That night, the duo left. They wandered, following Candice's peculiar sixth sense, until they reached the Sea of a Thousand Currents.

"Candice, this is the Tidelord's territory... We're intru-" Flint spoke worriedly, but stopped as a whisper came from the water.

"Daughter of mine, spawn of water... come back to me. You may stay. And your friend."

"Y-Yes, Tidelord." Candice's collar changed black to show her submission. "Let's go, Flint." She dove into the water.

"Candice!" Flint dove after her. What was she thinking?! Suddenly, bubbles surrounded him. His eyes shed of the red, sickly colour, changing to become a rainy blue like Candice's. He breathed in, and oxygen rushed through his system.

Candice laughed in exhilaration. "This is what it's like to be a Water Dragon!" A bubble formed around her, growing and growing until it covered both of them, and then larger.

"Is this... Our lair?" Flint was in awe. Candice nodded in response.

"We're here because of LGBTQ+ unacceptance... Let's call this the Rainbow Bubble Clan." Candice said.
