Biography
Being different isn't good. Thats what Hymn learned from a very young age. Surrounded by dragons that gleamed like ice, scales that you could almost see your reflection in, Hymn felt horribly ugly. Instead of scales, he was covered in thick, shaggy fur, with horns and claws that grew out of control when left untreated. Their parents always tried teaching him that this was how he was supposed to look, wild and messy. He grew resentful of the dragons around him, and wore more and more clothes and armor to try and hide his fur. He saw other furry dragons being confident in themselves, treating their fur like royal velvet, and he merely scorned at them. Couldn't they see that this wasn't how a dragon was supposed to look? They were supposed to be covered with razor scales, sharp and deadly. Tundras, his distant cousin, ticked him off the most. The stupid things, with fur, almost no claws, and those dopey faces. They reminded him more of a sheep, which he'd often eaten for dinner.
