Nobody is expecting her back, she's perfectly aware and frankly doesn't want to return. Though often misses the busyness, noise. So she also built a noise machine. Chromefeather lookout, that little guy. Dont doubt his ability to imitate the loud crackles and shouts of the lightning office in the middle of the workday. He can also maintain a simple conversation from a base of fragments of answers/absract frases to compile his speech from, but not good enough to generate own ideas. It was a testing ground/prototype of Coil's model.
